Seals may be returned for any reason if you are not completely satisfied. Just return the seals and we will rerun your order no questions asked . . . it’s as simple as that. Change in Orders or Cancellations: Changes of quantities, copy, color or stock may be made, however, changes may cause delay in production. These changes may also require a change in pricing. Orders may be canceled at any time, however, you will be responsible for payment for all work completed on your order up to time of cancellation. Customer supplied copy: Copy should be typewritten or hand printed so that it is clear and error free. We will follow the exact specifications in laying out your seal. In the absence of exact specifications, our professional artists will use their best judgment to create production art. Production art charges start at $25.00. We will evaluate your art requirements when your order is received and will inform you of any additional costs prior to starting production. See proof notes below. Proofs: No charge for black & white art proofs. There is a $50.00 charge for press proofs. Fine copy: It is not recommended to use smaller than 7 point type, depending on boldness of style. Electronic art: Art may be sent in eps format via email to lyleww@amosprint.com. Bleeds: Bleeds are ink coverage to the edge of the seal and require an additional $75.00 charge. Delivery: Normal production time is three weeks plus shipping. UPS Ground delivery is included in all pricing. Shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, and international addresses are additional. Rush shipping is available at additional charge. |
