Yes, we can accept VISA, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, and of course Paypal. Debit and check cards displaying the VISA or Mastercard logos are also good. All are processed through Paypal.

Yes, all of our online sales are processed through Paypal. Clicking on Checkout Now in the cart will take you to the Paypal portal where you can process with a credit/debit card or through Paypal.

You can also make payments on invoices through our website.

On purchases of Standard PDF and Microsoft Word forms, you'll be able to download them immediately after processing your order.

The process for Custom PDF or Word forms is a bit different:

1. You place your order and receive an email confirmation.
2. We review your order and get any additional information necessary.
3. We then set up the form, produce a proof and email it to you for review. Changes are usually set in red.
4. If changes are required, they are made and another proof is set out.
5. When all is good, the final PDF is prepared and emailed to you. All this takes 5 - 7 days.

On printed products:

1. You place your order and receive email confirmation.
2. We review your order and get any additional information necessary.
3. We then set up the imprint and email a proof to you for review.
4. When all is good, we forward the order to production.
5. Your order is produced and shipped to you. All this takes 7 - 10 days.

• For PDF and Word forms, it will depend on our current work load.
• For printed forms, production takes 2 - 3 days before they are ready to ship.
• Many times we can split a shipment and Next Day Air part of the order to you. This service will be charged at current rates and is an additional charge.

No worries, errors do creep into any system. Sometimes you may need to download the forms again after the link has expired.
